perfect location friendly staff

the location was perfect. it was close to the center and all attractions (i loved it!). the staff answered all my questions and were very friendly.

the wifi connection wasn't very good, it was an issue depending on where my room was located.

i found the staff helpful and attentive. They remembered i needed a taxi arranged for departure, just as they had upon arrival. Everything i wanted to visit was within a short walk, about fifteen minutes from the hotel.

the wifi connection was not great in my room, which i found a slight inconvenience.

charmed by the experience!

convenient location useful fridge amazing shower

I found the location convenient. It made exploring the area SOOO easy. The room had a fridge. This helped keep my drinks cold. The shower was AMAZING!!!

The wifi signal was occasionally weak. It was frustrating when trying to stream videos.

wonderful stay in the heart of everything

central location spacious room abundant breakfast

The hotel's central location allowed me to walk everywhere. I liked the proximity to several small grocery stores and cafes. the room was spacious and clean, i also found it to be well-kept, a testament to the upkeep of this older building. the breakfast was abundant, i found the quality to be excellent.

the lack of an elevator to the top floor was a slight inconvenience, i was on the 4th floor and had to carry my luggage up the last flight of stairs.

My room featured air conditioning. Water, tea, and coffee were readily available! there was a fridge inside. the bed had comfortable pillows, and the bathroom was very spacious, it was equipped with good quality towels.

mixed feelings about the room QUALITY

broken air conditioning dirty entrance

check in WAS straightforward. all the staff were helpful and friendly.

the air conditioning was NOT WORKING in my room. i also discovered the fridge was NOT WORKING either. these issues. lastly, the outside at the entrance was dirty with fags
